The girl at the front desk was wonderful!! And helpful, having DVDs available to watch is a great idea thank you.

People were great but be aware the entire hotel us under construction right now! Didn't recognize it from the photo and had to enter through the back. Our room was fine

Clean room, modern amenities, including a fitness center to stay active and free parking with convenient charging stations for electric vehicles made my stay comfortable and stress-free.

The room was functional and fine with 2 queen beds, we greatly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was close to stores and restaurants, and Olean on very short notice for a gravely ill family member. The service was friendly, including an easy check-in.

My recent stay was enjoyable, especially the clean, spacious rooms and the complimentary soaps and lotions, but the breakfast fruit options were frustrating to eat.

I passed the hotel several times because I thought my GPS was incorrect. It looked more like a penal institution than a hotel from the street.

The location across from St Bonaventure University made my stay convenient, and the hotel was beautifully renovated, boasting spacious and squeaky clean rooms that were easy to navigate, especially for seniors like me.

Breakfast variety could improve for better options.

I would have loved the pool if I had a chance to use it! I love the 12 Noon check out but we were rushed for time due to the ice storm that was coming. I liked the tasty fruit and hot breakfast. The kitchenette was a nice touch. I can hardly wait until the renovations are complete. I would like an invitation! Nya:weh!

The fumes when we arrived but it soon dissipated. We left soon after arrival to go out for supper. Other than that there was not much I did not like. Thank you, Nya:weh!

I left my iPad behind and called front desk from buffalo airport...he went to room found it and mailed it to my home all within a few hours of my call....Tim is to be commended for his courtesy and competence

Major Reno impedes entrance...will be great when finished..but mostly great place and highly recommend..if you have to travel north in winter! Can't really blame them for snow!

It was just a good match for a passing visit in Olean with very good value for money. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping things clean and tidy, made the stay pleasant. Try to get in early for breakfast to enjoy a quieter experience.

Despite being under renovations, the hotel was clean and organized. Free WiFi and free breakfast made the stay extremely convenient for our family.

Our primary purpose was a ski weekend at Holiday Valley. It would have been nice to be a bit closer to the slopes, but it was worth the extra drive.
